myrrh
Myrrh is an perfumed oily substance used for Christian sacraments. It is generally blessed only by bishops (or patriarchs) and then given to lesser-ranking clergymen. Myrrh is generally used in confirmations/chrismations and consecration of churches and altars. It was also used for coronation ceremonies.
