judicial self-government
Judicial self-government is independent and collective solving of various issues of internal activities of courts by judges, as defined by Article 113 of the Law of Ukraine on Judicial System and Status of Judges. The issues of internal activities of courts involve organizational provision of courts, social protection of judges and their families, as well as other questions which are not related to administration of justice.
Judicial self-government is realized through Meetings of judges, Councils of judges, Congresses of judges, and the Congress of Judges of Ukraine.
