The Meetings of Judges shall be understood as the meeting of judges of a relevant court at which they discuss the issues of internal activities of the court in question and take the collective decision on the issues under consideration. The Meetings of Judges of local as well as appellate courts, in particular, define specialization of judges as to certain types of cases, as well as hear the reports of judges who hold administrative positions in the court in question and Head of the court's staff. The Meetings of Judges are a form of judicial self-government.
