Crowbar has many other names, includings wrecking bar, a prise bar or prisebar, pry bar, or prybar, and more casually a jimmy bar. This is a tool which consists of a metal bar with a single curve at the end and (usually) two flattened points at the other end, often with a small fissure on one end for removing nails.
