According to Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine on Judicial System and Status of Judges, Ukrainian court system comprises courts of general jurisdiction and a court of constitutional jurisdiction.

Courts of general jurisdiction comprise a single system of courts, whereas the Constitutional Court of Ukraine is the only body of constitutional jurisdiction in Ukraine.
