The High Administrative Court of Ukraine

The High Administrative Court of Ukraine is one of the three specialized cessation courts of Ukraine, along with the High Financial Court of Ukraine and the The High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases. In accordance with Article 32 of Law on Judicial System and Status of Judge, The High Administrative Court of Ukraine:

a) considers cases of administrative jurisdiction in cessation order. In some cases provided by law, this Court can also act as a court of appeals or as first instance court;

b) analyses court statistics, revises and summarizes judicial practice;

c) provides method assistance as well as recommendations to courts of lower level regarding judgment delivery in administrative cases.
