Patriarch Paul (патријарх Павле) was Serbian archbishop from 1990 to his death in 2009. He was the 44th Serbian patriarch. He was especially well known for his poverty, humility, zeal in prayer and insistence to use public transportation. It is reported that around 4 million people attended his funeral or paid respects before the funeral.
