Floral Jamming

Floral Jamming is a term created by Lowdi Kwan of Tallensia Floral Art, Hong Kong, for a creative floral arrangement experience. Participants as young as 3years old can design their own original three-dimensional artwork with floral materials. The floral designer provides all materials required for the floral display including flowers and foliage. Participants will freely select the materials to create their own floral creation within a set time.

Kwan is a certified Floral Designer after receiving her certification from the American Institute of Floral Designers in 1996. She believes that the principle of Floral Jamming is not to emulate existing floral arrangements, but to create original designs. Instead of adhering to strict principles of floral design, the essence of Floral Jamming is to “flow with your heart, let your inner self navigate the path to your creation.”
