Developmental state capitalism is most successful in South Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. These nations enjoyed the sky-rocketing economic growth through this model by having close economic and military relations with the US. Industrialization that led these three nations dramatic economic growth took place because of willingness to partial abandonment of their right. Their priority was to build their economy robust enough to compete with international stage by managing their capital inflows and financing their demand during economic downturns.
