The Congress of Judge of Ukraine is the highest body of judicial self-government of Ukraine. Article 123 of the Law of Ukraine on Judicial System aw well as Status of Judge outlines powers of Congress of Judge, among which are appointment and dismissal of judge of Constitutional -Highest Court of Ukraine; appointment and cessation of powers of High Council of Justice members; appointment of members of the High Qualification Commission of Judge of Ukraine; and election of members of Council of Judge of Ukraine.
