Boris Grigoryevich Fyodorov was a Russian economist, politician, and reformer. He served as Finance Minister of Russia, when he resigned. Fyodorov was Minister of Finance of the Russian SFSR.He worked for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. He became director of the World Bank. Fyodorov was a member of the State Duma, he becoming tax minister and Deputy Prime Minister of Russia.
