Yevgeny Kuznetsov was a Russian political activist. He was elected secretary of the Soviet Communist Party, a deputy to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, and then chairman of the Stavropol City. He was elected a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, where he worked in the agricultural committee and Mandate. His resignation from the post of governor of Stawropolskiego associated with criticism of local authorities during a terrorist attack in Budionnovsk. He was a head of Russian trade representative in Argentina and Paraguay, and an adviser to the chairman of the City Council Sawropola.
