Paul Bocuse
Bocuse is a french based chef in Lyon. He was born in France, 11 February 1926. His cooking style is Nouvelle Cuisine, which literally means "new cuisine" in French. This approach is different compare to the haute cuisine, this method characterized by lighter, more delicate dishes and emphasize on the presentation.
Paul Bocuse is arguably one of the most famous French chefs of the 20th century. One of the fathers of nouvelle cuisine, he received a third Michelin star in 1965 for his bistro near Lyon.
