The exquisite combination of shredded beef, white rice and fried plantains makes this dish is unbeatable, especially if you also accompanied him with corn bread, other food characteristic of my country.

Actually, the exact origin of the Pabellón Criollo is not known, but since the nineteenth century and was our national dish. The rice and beans were eaten every day since the days of the colony. The pavilion has some variations in different regions of Venezuela, but still remains a symbol of the nation.
