ETI

Ethical Trade Initiative ETI is a leading alliance of companies, trade unions and NGOs that promotes respect for workers' rights around the globe. Its vision is to have a a world where all workers are free from exploitation and discrimination, and enjoy conditions fo freedom, security and equity. ETI members include global companies with thousands of suppliers, international trade union bodies, specialised labour rights organisations and development charities.

Ethical trade means that retailers, brands, and their suppliers take the responsibility for improving the working conditions of the people who make their merchandises they sell. The seven C's of the ETI are ;
