"I'm a struggling artist, frustrated writer, ...
The ability to start and control fires. Fire is destructive, and yet the destruction it leaves in its wake can give rise to newer, better things, so it's a two-edged sword.
The ability to use martial arts. Some specialize in a specific martial art to the point that they can heal themselves and fire off blasts of energy.
The ability to control the flow of time. Slowing down time, speeding up time, stopping time, even reversing time. It would also necessitate the control of space since stopping time renders the passage of light null, so one would not be able to see, among other problems.
The ability to regenerate damage, no matter how fatal it is. In its most extreme form, even if they were shot, stabbed, impaled, garroted, and nuked, they would be able to regenerate from the damage.
The ability to use magic, or any ill-defined power that allows that user to do virtually anything with completely arbitrary limits unknown to anyone but the author and perhaps the user themselves.
The ability to kill absolutely anyone who can die. Most likely to be an innate talent, however there are some with this power that use other means to do so.
The blessing (or curse) of never dying. Will still be able to feel pain depending on whether or not they possess invincibility. Will most likely have experience over the years.
The ability to never be harmed by anything. You could detonate a nuclear bomb and throw the user into the sun and they wouldn't get hurt at all. Not to be interchanged with immortality.
