Subsampled

Signal that has been sampled at a lower rate than some other signal in the system. A good example of this is the Y'CbCr colour space used in component serial video (ITU-R BT.601). For every two luma (Y') samples, only one Cb and Cr sample is taken causing the Cb and Cr signals to be subsampled.
