Consistent copy

(1) A copy of a data entity (a logical volume {LVOL}), for example) that contains the contents of the entire data entity at an instant in time.
(2) In a remote copy relationship, a copy of a secondary virtual disc (VDisk) that is identical to the primary VDisk from the viewpoint of a host system, even if a power failure occurred while I/O activity was in progress.
