Composite video
A) A single video signal containing all of the necessary information to reproduce a colour picture. Created by adding quadrature amplitude modulated R-Y and B-Y to the luminance signal. A video signal that contains horizontal, vertical and colour synchronising information.
b) A complete video including all synchronising pulses; may have all values of chroma, hue and luminance; may also be many sources layered.
