Colour correction
A) A process by which the colouring in a television image is altered or corrected electronically. Care must be taken to ensure that the modified video does not exceed the limits of subsequent processing or transmission systems. b) The adjustment of a colour reproduction process to improve the perceived-color conformity of the reproduction to the original.
