Sundae, sometimes spelled soondae, is a Korean dish made by boiling or steaming cow’s or pig’s intestines that are stuffed with various ingredients. It is a kind of blood sausage and it is believed to have a long history of being eaten in Korea. A seafood version can also be made by stuffing a whole squid or fish.
