pita

Pita (usually translated as 'pie', even though it's a misnomer) is a Serbian dish consisting of dough and different fillings. Serbs have two main types of dough: rolled and phyllo (which itself can be rolled or layered), with many ingredients (such as cheese, fruit, mushrooms, minced meat, vegetables) being used in different combinations with different doughs.
