A cadaster containing a) a geodetic network; b) a series of current, accurate, large scale maps; c) an overlay delineating all parcels; d) a unique, identifying number assigned to each parcel; and e) a series of land data files each including a parcel identifier used for retrieving the data about the parcel in that and other files.
