Change in the average global surface temperature, precipitation level, seal level, arctic sea ice, etc. Global climate change can be affected directly or indirectly by anthropogenic processes such as fossil fuel combustion and can also be influenced by natural occurrences. Most significant are changes in the atmospheric concentrations of atmospheric water vapor, CO2, CH4, N2O, and CFCs. Also see Global Warming.
