audio bandwidth

The range of audio frequencies which directly influence the fidelity of the audio. The higher the audio bandwidth, the better the audio fidelity. The highest practical frequency the human ear can normally hear is 20 kHz. An audio amplifier that processes all frequencies equally (flat response to 20 kHz) and a reasonably high signal-to-noise ratio, will accurately amplify the audio signal.
