The Attack area and Defense Area are the same it just depends on which team is attacking and which is defending. The Attack Area is where the goal of the opposing team is located. The entire attack area is 35 yards long with the measurement starting at the team's own end line. However, the attack area begins only 20 yards from the face of the goal. Meaning the 35 yards consists of 20 yards in front of the goal and 15 yards behind the goal. See also Defense Area.
