Hosted over the three day Chinese national holiday at the end of April or beginning of May Strawberry Music Festival hosts a staggering eight stages with hundreds of live acts. Although it is primarily a rock festival other genres are present including underground, indie, and pop. With the popularity of Strawberry Beijing they are expanding it to take place in other Chinese cities such as Shanghai.
