The tool used by Shadowhunters to draw runes in their skin, weapons or other materials such us doors, walls, and even thin air. The shape is a long, luminous cylinder. Its thickness is as thick around as an index finger and it has a hold to tap to a point. Steles are also used to activate the runes. Only Shadowhunters can bear the stele drawing in their skin.
