The date a Request for Proposals (RFP) is to be passed along if an event organizer is using an intermediary to distribute the RFP. For example, if an event organizer sends an RFP to a Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB), and wants the CVB to send the RFP to member hotels on a certain date, that date is the RFP Distribution Date.
