Plaza Indonesia is located in central Jakarta and is often referred to as "PI". Plaza Indonesia is the first high end shopping centre in Indonesia which opened its doors in mid-1990.

Leading as one of the finest shopping centres in the country, even in South East Asia, Plaza Indonesia received continuous commercial success since its opening, more than two decades ago. On its opening, the mall was previously occupied by Indonesia's first Sogo flagship department store as well as numbers of international fashion labels and jewelries.

Plaza Indonesia is located on the prominent corner of Jakarta's famous landmark, The Selamat Datang (Welcome) Statue.
