Employed by the Capitol, Peacekeepers are dressed in white uniforms with black stripes with helmets. They are stationed in all the districts as well as the Capitol. The purpose of the Peacekeepers is to prevent rebellion, and uphold the rules and regulations set in place by the Capitol.
