Matteo Darmian (born 2 December 1989) is an Italian footballer of Armenian origin, who plays for Serie A club Torino and the Italian national team.

Internationally, he has represented Italy from U-17 to U-21 youth levels. On 31 May 2014, he was given his senior international debut in a pre-World Cup friendly against Ireland.

On June 14 2014, on his second cap with Italy, he was a starter in their opening game against England at the World Cup, his competitive debut. Italy won 2–1.
