Gauthier Bouchet Moïse André is a French politician, member of the Front national nationalist party, and one of the founding members of Rassemblement Bleu Marine.

He is elected as municipal councillor of Saint-Nazaire, on the list of Jean-Claude Blanchard. He was a one of the national leaders of FNJ where he took part of the Internet strategy. Since its launch it is one of the contributors to the Forum du patriotisme social, for which he provides regular historical articles, mainly on the history of French republican ideas.
