Known for their masonry, District 2 is one of the wealthiest districts out of the 12. The district is home of training for most of the peacekeepers, while others take part in activities like stone masonry, bricklayers, concrete finishers and so forth.

Tributes from this district are not careers, yet they are raised to be peacekeepers or masons, giving them a rugged shell and mindset.
