In the small town of Port Emmett, 50 years ago, a circus full of clowns came to the city by train. When the train was passing over a bridge that crosses the city, the train crashed and then sank. The police could not recover their bodies. After several years, a legion of zombie clowns emerge from the deep waters to exact his revenge on the descendants of the characters 50 years ago they were left abandoned under the waste water.
