• Cultural (e.g., membership of a community that prohibits or restricts access to technology)

• Physical (e.g., having a disability that make it difficult or impossible to use a computer)
• Economic (e.g., being unable to afford a computer)
• Educational (e.g., not knowing how to use a computer)
