Costa Concordia

It is a cruise-ship made in 2004, in Italy. Costa Concordia was firstly launched in September 2005, until it was wrecked on 13 January 2012. The ship first hit a reef 800 meters from south entrance of Giglio Porto Harbour.

At that time, total 3206 passengers and 1023 crews were on board. The evacuation took nearly 6 hours, with in total 32 people were dead, sadly, the body of one waiter is nowhere to be found. Removal of the Concordia from the reef and moving it to Genoa, where it will be scrapped, will cost $2 billion.
