Consumers, academicians, managers define quality in different ways from different perspectives. Summing up all we could say, in simple language, quality is 'Fitness for use'. And to ensure 'Fitness for use' a product has to depend on two specific things broadly; Product features and freedom from deficiencies.

Quality Assurance

All those planned, routined or systematic actions necessary to provide required assurances that the ultimate merchandise or service will meet the given standards for quality.
