A rate of increment, corresponds to VAT (Value Added Tax), which is an internal, domestic tax imposed on goods sold within a country, of EU for ex.Greece, France, Italy etc. in Publi Financial Law; and we also have 'unearned increment' which means υπερτίμηση' etc.
