Enforce means impose, and usually by force, for ex. we generally have ''Law Enforcement'', or police enforced law in the central streets of capital, in order to 'suppress' political demonstration etc. We also have phrase ''enforce blockade'=enforce, reinforce blockade, and adj. enforceable=means executory, to be directly executed, performed, ''enforceable court decision for ex. thus imprisomnent without suspension, in some extreme cases, for for social protection, in cases of awful crimes, or repeated (awful) crimes, or caught upon act, till accused ones are led to Prosecutor, etc. or further to Inquestor, when needed, and is ordered (enforced) to do so.
