Disuse is noun that means something is ''not used anymore, thus not being useful anymore''. For ex. a law in disuse, or an inactive law, may mean a law that was introduced for ex. by Minister, and voted but long time has passed, and it hasn't been presented at a lawsuit, as object of law, and adudication, and has thus become a ''law of disuse' or a disused law.

There are some interesting cut-off dates in this article but I don’t know if I see all of them center to heart. There is some validity but I’ll take maintain opinion till I look into it further.
