The term is a verb and the noun is 'disqualification' actually means that 'one is disqualified for job position X', thus found, or judged as non competent enough, partially or totally incompetent for a job position, not suitable person, not meeting requirements, thus not having the necessary qualifications for a job position, or for ex. for one to be candidate as member of Parliament, or be candidate for MA Degree for ex. or PhD studies in a certain field of studies.
