Dispute is verb and adj is disputable, meaning something is doubted, or is doubtful of..not sure, that something is true or applies. For ex. a disputed right, disputable legal capacity Or disputed political right, theory, for always reasons of not fully direct (legal) acceptance of something, but where further inquiry, discussion should be held, for raising doubt for instance in a case of dispute, and more proof should be provided for that, for ex. in Court, when legal right for ex. is disputed in some case(-s).
