Dispose is verb meaning, set to disposal, make available.
Examples are :'' he disposed to his opponent'' means 'he beat his oppenent,
Or ''he was obliged to dispose his land'' meaning he was obliged to sell of his land property.
Or we have ''disposable portion''=available amount of goods for ex.
'I am at your disposal'=I am ready to help you, to offer you my services etc
We also say ''dispose of''=change nature of, thus dispose of immobile, destroy it for another purpose of use, and this process may be based on administrative acts of disposal of immobile, processed, thus initiated some times for some public purposes by adm. organs of Municipality, as we have in public old unused buildings, or even already used. A special license is then required to Municipality in this case, after submission of Adm. Act by Regional Officer, thus Regional Chief, to which Municipality belongs, and who Regional Off. validates these acts for further procedure, thus destruction of buildings, or houses belonging to Municipality, and on basis of all local and legal formalities, the previous purpose of use will change in this case..(This is brief..in this..case...)
