Dowager,refers to a widow, who has inherited property from her deceased husband, and in this case, if there are two children for ex. she takes 1/4 from property on name of husband, and each child 3/8 of total property, but she is cnarged with handling whole property, until children become adults, then, through Contract, the amount, actually percentage already belonging to children, in the past, can become officially theirs, though contract, thus legalized (notarized) act in this case, then they become officially legal inheritants as adults, unless a Testament preexists from father, who for ex. wants entire property gets to children, if this X property, belonged officially to him, for ex. immobile on his name etc. But this tastament has also to be officially redacted and notarized, carrying officially accepted true signature of him.
