Home > Blossary: Distrust
It's a noun that means lack of trust, confidence, raised suspicion for something etc.
We can also say in Law, ''Distrust of Judge in Court'', a Judge that does not trust a wit for ex. of audition, or accused person, for ex. defendant, who hides true facts or does not want to reveal truth, something that may cause distrust of Judge, or Prosecutor/Juries in Penal Court.
We can also talk about ''deed of distrust'' thus a''deed of law'' that is not legalized, (valid as notarized for ex.) not having for ex. legal stamp or original signature of copies, and as such and as whole is often not accepted in Court, as true one, or having validity of original copy, and also by authorities. (In Latin this deed of act is called ''Ad Probationem'', thus needs to be proved is not truly legal one, or accepted so.
