Christmas is when the majority of the world celebrates the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. This is not the exact date of His birth, but it is worth celebrating. Western Churches celebrate it on December 25th, while some Orthodox Churches celebrate it on January 7th. Countries in which Christmas is not a formal public holiday include Afghanistan, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bhutan, Cambodia, China (excepting Hong Kong and Macao), Comoros, Iran, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Laos, Libya, Maldives, Mauritania, Mongolia, Morocco, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Yemen.

Frankincense

It is an aromatic resin obtained from trees of the genus Boswellia,The English word is derived from Old French "franc encens" (i.e. high quality incense) and is used in incense and perfumes. Frankincense is tapped from the scraggly but hardy trees by slashing the bark, which is called striping, and allowing the exuded resin to bleed out and harden. These hardened resins are called tears. The aroma from these tears are more valuable for their presumed healing abilities and are also said to have superior qualities for religious ritual.

Kadilo

Je aromatična smola, pridobljen iz dreves rodu Cacao, angleška beseda izhaja iz stare francoske "franc encens" (tj. visoka kakovost kadila) in se uporablja v kadila in parfumi. Kadilo je potrkal iz neraven ampak hardy drevesa z Nezadržljiv lubje, ki se imenuje črtaste podobe, in ki omogoča exuded smolo bleed out in strdi. Te smole utrjeni imenujemo solze. Aroma iz te solze so bolj dragoceni, za svoje domnevne zdravilne sposobnosti in so tudi rekli, da so vrhunske kakovosti za verskim obredom.
