Jeff is one huge alien with appearance like a worm. Jeff's appearance in Men in Black II is shown that he lives in a subway. Jeff dies destroyed into pieces by Serleena.
Agent T, usually called just Tee, appears once in Men in Black II. In the movie, he is shown to be replacement of Kay as the partner of Jay. However, he is soon to be neuralyzed due to his incapability of becoming MiB agent.
In Men in Black, he is called Agent D (or just Dee). As a partner of Kay, Dee was also one of the founding member of MiB. In the movie, Agent D was shown to be retired by being flashed by Kay.

Jeebs is one of many aliens who live in Earth. His species is unknown, yet he has special ability. He can regrow his head after being shot off. Jeebs owns pawn shop dealing in stolen alien and human objects.
