backward wiggle

As a beginner put your hands together in front of you, palms facing the ice. Wiggle your butt left and right, but not too fast. Remember to keep your feet. Let your hands go with its natural flow and continue to wiggle until you start moving. You can try to bend your knees, straighten and bend again. You're doing it when you've achieved to move away from your spot.
