Indonesian Democratic Party - Struggle

PDIP (Partai Demokrasi Indonesia - Perjuangan) is a middle/left oriented party, founded in 1998. This party is a renewed faction of the old Indonesian Democratic Party (hence the suffix "struggle"), due to the conflict of interest and ideology between the founder of PDIP, Megawati and the old PDI's chairman Suryadi. The new PDIP is one of the biggest political party in Indonesia. Their main ideology is the national philosophy, Pancasila.
